International yoga day was celebrated with great pride on June 21st to promote the numerous benefits of practicing yoga. This serves as a platform to raise awareness about the holistic approach to well-being that yoga offers. The main theme for this year is “Yoga for one earth, one health “ It emphasis on women well being and advancing global health and peace.
